Subscription Terms – Phone Call Verification
Our AI-powered phone verification service is offered through monthly subscription plans available in bundles of 25, 50, 100, 200 calls, etc..
Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase and automatically renew every 30 days from that date (not on the 1st of the month). Each renewal provides a new allocation of calls based on the selected plan.
Call Usage & Expiration
All calls must be used within the active 30-day subscription period. Unused calls do not roll over to the next billing cycle and are forfeited at the time of renewal.
For example:
If you purchase a 25-call plan on September 10 and use 20 calls, your plan will renew on October 10 with a fresh allocation of 25 calls (not 30).
Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades)
Customers may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time; however:
• Upgrades take effect immediately and replace your current plan. Any unused calls from your existing plan will be forfeited at the time of upgrade.
• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your current plan will remain active until renewal.
To maximize value and avoid losing unused calls, we strongly recommend making any plan changes near the end of your current billing cycle.
Automatic Renewal Responsibility
Unless changed prior to renewal, your subscription will automatically renew at the same plan level and pricing. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including adjusting plan levels before the renewal date.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to call verification capabilities, all subscription purchases are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun
